Fit tips for adhesive bras
- Measure without a bra. For the most accurate fit, measure your underbust and bust while not wearing a bra, with the tape snug but not tight.
- Size up if you are between sizes. If your measurement falls between two band sizes, choose the larger band so the adhesive sits comfortably without pulling.
- Adhesive bras fit differently than wired bras. There is no underwire or back band doing the work, so your cup size matters more than the band. Pick the cup that matches your regular bra and let the adhesive provide the lift.
- Match your usual cup first. Start with the same cup letter you wear in a traditional bra, then adjust up or down after one wear if the coverage feels too small or too roomy.
